If you need a break from Oaxacan cuisine, then try this place for a wonderful sandwich. My wife had the tostada con jamón serrano and I had the banh mi. Sandwich menu looked very global/diverse - from the above to Reuben to monte cristo. Our sandwiches were great and the service was top notch. Also great background music! Whoever preps the playlist is a big-time blues fan, which was a touch of home for this Memphis guy.

This is a hip Oaxaca establishment. Everyone constantly recommends this place. We came here twice so far. The first time was for pastries and the second time for the sandwiches. Pastries: - All are so delicious!!! I really liked the croissants and pan dulce - Everything seemed fresh and constantly baked Sandwiches: - Super delicious - Banh mi (I believe it's vegetarian - mushroom based) - BLT (that bacon - more like pastrami - was soooo thick and good) - I was a big fan of the bread - When you order, you pick it up on the side (there will be a place to pick up your sandwich) The line here can be sometimes long (not sure why it gets long sometimes since my orders typically go quickly). I think it's from people being indecisive sometimes (rather than the staff). The staff is super quick You can pay by credit card too

So many great things to say about Boulenc. If you're interested in having something a little different from Oaxacan cuisine, this is the place. Brunch and the pizzas are delicious! It's basically a restaurant that you can come and have breakfast or a cocktail. There's a mini bar in the back. Great service!

Dare I say a can't-miss spot in Oaxaca? Among a world class culinary landscape, Boulenc definitely stood out as a highlight. Shout out brother Omar and Miss Andrea for the recommendation. Adored the ambiance - high ceilings, unique, and thoughtful. Our coffees and juices could not have been better. The shakshouka and croque monsieur featuring their fresh sourdough were simply divine. And the almond chocolate croissant? Say less. Thank you, Boulenc.

This is a beautiful establishment with amazing pastries and breakfast. They also serve lunch and dinner here. I'm not sure how the lunch and dinner options are but the breakfast is amazing. My fiancé and I ordered the molletes and shakshuka. The molletes were just ok, not my favorite. But the shakshuka is a winner. Portion sizes were huge. Make sure to come early because there's always a wait but the line goes pretty fast. We came here on a Friday morning at 10AM and waited for 15 minutes. I will definitely be coming back here the next time in town. You won't regret it!

I fell in love with the aesthetics of this place; there are different rooms and the open-air concept is enticing. My friend and I ordered some brunch foods which weren't very "Mexican" but it fuses some American foods with traditional Mexican flavors which is perfect for those who appreciate fusion foods. The coffee here is my favorite; I would highly recommend the latte de dulce de leche frío for anyone who likes sweeter drinks. They also are so flexible here; they let me use their wifi, outlets, and I ended up staying here for 6 hours working on my laptop and drinking different coffees.

Ok, wasn't really expecting this, what a great find. Three parts to this lovely restaurant, the bakery, sundries, and coffee to go area and the restaurant located to the right of this. Baked goods and bread looked stellar, great sauces and items to take away, good coffee etc. Inside restaurant was casual and comfortable, staff efficient and nice, we didn't go upstairs.

A cool brunch spot in Oaxaca. Pictured is my wife's molletes with some of the thickest bacon pieces I've seen. My entree was a ham and cheese toast which was solid, but get the molletes if you can. I also ordered the melon and strawberry agua fresca, and that was easily one of the best drinks I've ever had. Server was nice and the place had cool art on the wall. Good vibes all around.

I came here on three separate occasions and WOW WOW WOW. I wish i lived near there so i could go every day. At first i had the croissant de jamon y quesillo. the croissant was buttery and flaky and just perfect. I had the latte estragon frio as a drink and I was literally shaky right after, the caffeine hit hard on this one. I was told the pizza here was delicious so we went a different night and LOVED that they had the option to order halves of different pizzas. So we ordered 4 different halves. All so so good. And the best dish there, hands down, is the Shakshuka. I cant do spice so I asked if they could accommodate that and they were more than happy to. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. You all need to try. This place is also a hotel and you can stay there which is pretty neat. The servers were all so kind and the service was great. There was a small wait time each time I went but it is 100% worth it.
